SUMMER N' SPICE

Ingredients:
1.5oz Castaway Barrel Aged Rum
.75oz Grapefruit Juice
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
.5oz Cinnamon simple syrup
Top with sparkling wine

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with a splash of sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of fresh kiwi. Enjoy!
