Our house take on a vodka or gin and tonic. Crisp, bright and lightly bitter with a clean citrus finish.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Port of Entry Vodka (or Port of Entry Gin)
- 1 oz Restoration Tonic Syrup
- .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Top with Club Soda
Directions
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the vodka (or gin), tonic syrup and lime juice.
- Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.

Lime Wheel, Lemon Wheel, Rosemary Sprig and Juniper Berries
