The classic martini, named for our Quonset hut. Clean and spirit forward, and it can be made extra dirty.
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Port of Entry Gin (or Port of Entry Vodka)
- .5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- Optional: .25 to .5 oz Olive Brine to make it dirty
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
