Our barrel rested spin on the Hemingway Daiquiri. Tart grapefruit, a hint of cherry and a smooth oak finish.

Ingredients
2 oz
Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.25 oz Cherry Syrup
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish
Dehydrated Grapefruit and a Cherry
