  1. 2 oz Castaway Series Barrel Aged Rum
  2. .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  3. 4 oz Ginger Beer

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the lime juice and ginger beer.
  3. Float the rum on top.
Garnish Lime Wedge
