Castaway Old Fashioned

A rum old fashioned with warm oak, bittersweet amaro and a touch of cherry.

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 oz Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum
  2. .5 oz Amaro Montenegro
  3. .5 oz Cherry Syrup
  4. .25 oz Simple Syrup
  5. 2 to 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
