Ingredients:
2 oz Castaway Series Barrel Rested Gin
1.5 oz Honey Chamomile Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice

Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, stir and strain into glass

Garnish:
Lemon Peel & Honeycomb

Tasting Notes:
Full bodied with notes of honey, citrus and oak.
